House Clearance Rush
Homes, apartments, attics, garages and sheds cleared in Rush by a permitted, fully insured waste carrier. Send a few photos and we'll come back with a clear price.

Rush lies about 22 km north-east of Dublin city centre, in the Fingal area. Whether it is a full property clearance, a single room or the contents of a garage, our crew does the lifting, loading and sorting — you send photos, we send a price.
We are a licensed waste carrier, not a man with a van: Krystal Klean Express Limited holds Waste Collection Permit No. NWCPO-25-13287-01, issued by the NWCPO, and carries full insurance including public liability.
House clearance in Rush
Houses around Rush range from older village properties to large newer estates. The estates are quick to load; the older houses often have more in them, especially in attics and outbuildings.

Clearance services available in Rush
We take on the following in and around Rush — on their own, or as part of a bigger clearance:
House clearance in Rush
Full or partial house clearances in and around Rush, from a single room up to an entire property emptied and left ready for sale, handover or refurbishment.
Shed clearance in Rush
Emptying a garden shed in Rush, and, where it makes sense, taking the shed itself away once you tell us the size and material.
End of tenancy clearance in Rush
Rental properties in Rush emptied before an inspection or re-let, working from a key or key safe if you cannot be there.
Junk removal in Rush
General junk removal in Rush — from a single item to a full truck load, collected from wherever it sits rather than the kerb.
Attic clearance in Rush
Loft ladders and narrow hatches make attics the most awkward room in any Rush house. We bring everything down, and can lay it out for you to sort first.
Hoarder clearance in Rush
Where a Rush property has filled up over years, we work room by room, watch for documents, cash and keepsakes, and keep the job low-key.
Something else you need taken away? Ask — if we cannot do it, we will usually know who can. See all of our clearance and waste services.
Why people in Rush book a clearance
Business moves and refits
Offices, shops and units near Rush being cleared for a move, a refit or a lease handback, scheduled around opening hours.
Storage units nobody uses
A storage unit rented "temporarily" years ago can be emptied in one visit so you can stop paying for it.
Selling or letting a property
Estate agents want a property looking its best, and an empty house photographs better than a full one. We clear Rush properties before photographs, viewings or a handover date.
Downsizing or moving into care
Moving to a smaller home means deciding what comes and what goes. We take away everything that is not travelling, at whatever pace suits the family in Rush.

How a Rush clearance works
- Get in touch. Call, email or send photos on WhatsApp with the Rush address and what needs to go.
- Quote. We give you a straight price based on how much there is, how easy it is to reach and what the items are.
- Book it in. Tell us your deadline — a sale closing, an inspection, a handback — and we work back from it.
- The clearance. Crew, truck and everything carried out for you, including from upstairs, the attic or the garden.
- After. The property is left empty and ready for whatever comes next, and we can send photos if you are not there.

What we take — and what we can't
Almost everything in a normal home is fair game: suites and beds, wardrobes and tables, white goods, televisions and small electricals, bags and boxes of household bits, carpets and underlay, timber, and whatever has built up in the attic, garage, shed or garden.
The exceptions are hazardous materials — asbestos, paints and solvents, oils and fuel, gas cylinders, and clinical waste. Soil and rubble in any quantity needs to be mentioned in advance so we can advise. If in doubt, send a photo and ask before the day rather than on it.
Getting an accurate price in Rush
The more we can see, the tighter the quote. Photos of every room, the hall and stairs, the attic hatch, the garage and anything outside give us the volume and the access in one go. Tell us if parking is restricted, if a lift needs booking, or if there is a date you are working towards — those are the details that decide how long a job takes and therefore what it costs.

House clearance Rush: common questions
Can I send photographs for a quote?
Photos are the fastest route to an accurate price. Send them through the form on this page or on WhatsApp to 083 090 4545, with your Rush address or Eircode and a note about stairs, lifts and parking.
Do you cover the areas around Rush?
Yes. We cover Loughshinny, Portrane, Lusk and the rest of Dublin — see our County Dublin page for the full list.
Is a clearance cheaper than hiring a skip?
Often, for small and medium jobs. You only pay for what we actually take, there is no skip permit to arrange if it would sit on a public road, and the loading is done for you.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. Let us know the details you need on the invoice when you book — landlords, agents and businesses in Rush usually ask for one.
Can you clear a rental property between tenants?
Yes. End-of-tenancy clearances are a regular part of what we do: furniture, mattresses, bagged waste and anything left in the garden or shed, cleared so the property can be cleaned and re-let.
How much notice do you need?
The sooner the better for a specific date, but short-notice jobs are often possible. Tell us what you are working towards and we will let you know what is realistic.
