We clear it
Our crew does all the lifting and loading, then sorts the load for reuse, recycling and authorised disposal.
1. Send photos
Use the quote form or WhatsApp us on 083 090 4545. Photos of each room or pile of items, plus a note about stairs, lifts and parking, let us price accurately without a visit. For larger or complex jobs we may arrange to see the property first.
2. Get a clear quote
Prices depend on volume, access, the type of items and timing. We explain what’s included so there are no surprises on the day.
3. Choose a time
We work Mon–Sat 7am–8pm. Tell us about any deadlines — a sale closing, a lease ending, builders starting — and we’ll plan around them.
4. We clear, sort and dispose responsibly
Our crew does the lifting and loading and protects floors and common areas. Loads are sorted so good items can be reused, recyclables are separated, and the remainder goes to authorised facilities. Krystal Klean Express Limited holds Waste Collection Permit No. NWCPO-25-13287-01 issued by the NWCPO.
