This website is operated by Krystal Klean Express Limited (“we”, “us”), trading as ManageWaste.ie. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@managewaste.ie or 083 090 4545.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the location of the job, a description of the job, any photos you upload, and the other job details you choose to give. We also record which page you submitted the form from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed, so that we can understand how people find us.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
To carry out and invoice work you book — performance of a contract.
To keep business and tax records — legal obligation.
To understand which pages bring enquiries — our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to assess and price your job. Please avoid including people, documents or other personal information in photos where possible.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, including our website host and form processor (Netlify, Inc.), our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us that way. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as required for tax and legal purposes (typically six years).

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To make a request, email info@managewaste.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
