• Working with executors and solicitors — we can deal directly with whoever is managing the estate on access and timing
• Families who live away — we can work from photos and a key arrangement, and send updates
• Reuse first — furniture and household items in good condition are set aside for reuse wherever possible

Getting the property ready

Once the clearance is done, the home is empty and ready for valuation, sale or handback. If the family needs any items delivered to them instead of removed, tell us and we’ll let you know if we can include it.
