How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form with a few photos, or send photos on WhatsApp to 083 090 4545. We’ll reply with a clear price.
What areas do you cover?
Dublin city and county, plus Kildare, Wicklow, Kilkenny and Carlow.
Are you a permitted waste carrier?
Yes. ManageWaste.ie is operated by Krystal Klean Express Limited, which holds Waste Collection Permit No. NWCPO-25-13287-01 issued by the National Waste Collection Permit Office (NWCPO).
What happens to the waste you collect?
We sort each load. Items in good condition are set aside for reuse where possible, recyclable materials are separated, and the rest goes to authorised waste facilities.
What can’t you take?
Hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, paints and solvents, oils, fuel, gas cylinders and clinical waste.
Do you work weekends?
We work Mon–Sat 7am–8pm.
How much does a house clearance cost in Dublin?
It depends mainly on how much there is to remove, access to the property and the type of items. We quote every job individually — send photos of each room and we’ll give you a clear price.
Do I need to be at the property during the clearance?
Not necessarily. Many customers give us access through a family member, estate agent or key safe. We agree the details and what should be kept before we start.
Can you keep certain items aside?
Yes. Tell us what you want kept — documents, photographs, jewellery, sentimental items — and we will set them aside. If you find something later, let us know quickly.
Can you clear a house after a bereavement?
Yes. We work at a pace that suits the family, including liaising with executors or solicitors on access.
Do you clear attics, garages and sheds?
Yes — attics, garages, sheds and outbuildings can be included in a full clearance or booked on their own.
How much does junk removal cost?
It depends on volume, access and item type. Send a photo through the form or on WhatsApp and we’ll give you a price before booking.
Do you take single items?
Yes. We collect everything from a single sofa or mattress to a full truck load.
Do I need to bring the items outside?
No. Our crew collects items from wherever they are — inside the house, upstairs, in the garage or the back garden.
Do you take fridges and washing machines?
Yes, we collect household appliances including fridges, freezers, washing machines and cookers.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Offices, shops, landlords, property managers, storage units, warehouses and other businesses with non-hazardous waste to remove.
Can you work outside business hours?
We work Mon–Sat 7am–8pm, so we can often schedule early-morning, evening or Saturday slots to avoid disrupting your staff or customers.
Do you offer regular collections?
Our commercial work is mostly one-off clearances. If you need repeat collections, tell us the volume and frequency and we’ll confirm what we can arrange.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. Let us know your company details when you book and we’ll issue an invoice.
