Trampoline removal in Dublin
Rusted, storm-damaged or outgrown trampolines dismantled in the garden and taken away — the frame, springs, mat, net and poles.

Trampolines are awkward to get rid of: too big for the car in one piece, full of sharp springs, and once the frame has rusted the bolts won’t turn. Storms make it worse — a bent frame in the hedge is a common sight after a windy night.
We dismantle it in the garden and take everything away. Dublin City Council’s bulky collection only takes items left out on the footpath, not from the garden, and the other Dublin councils don’t collect.
What we take
- Round and rectangular trampolines, any size
- Safety nets, poles and padding
- Springs, mats and frames — bent or rusted
- Swing sets, slides and climbing frames
- Timber playhouses and sandpits
- Other garden junk on the same visit
What we don’t do:
- Sunken (in-ground) trampolines — ask first, as removing one can mean filling a pit
You don’t need to take it apart
We bring the tools and dismantle it on the lawn. Seized bolts and bent legs are normal on an old trampoline — just send a photo so we know what to expect.
Storm-damaged trampolines
If a storm has lifted the trampoline into a neighbour’s garden or wrapped it round a fence, send photos of where it ended up. We’ll quote to dismantle it where it is.
What happens to it
The steel frame and springs go for metal recycling; the mat, net and padding go with the rest of the load to authorised facilities.

Trampoline removal: common questions
Do I need to take the trampoline apart first?
No. We dismantle it in the garden.
The bolts are rusted solid — can you still take it?
Yes. Rusted and seized frames are normal; we come prepared.
Can you take a storm-damaged trampoline?
Yes, including bent frames and ones that have ended up in a hedge or against a fence.
Do you take swing sets and climbing frames too?
Yes — garden play equipment can all go on the same visit.
How much does trampoline removal cost?
It depends on the size and condition. Send a photo and we’ll give you a fixed price.
What happens to the trampoline?
The metal frame and springs are recycled as scrap metal; the rest goes to authorised waste facilities under our permit.
