Waste removal prices in Dublin: how your quote is worked out
We don’t publish a price list, because two loads that look the same can cost very different amounts to remove. What we do instead: a fixed price from your photos, before we arrive, with everything included.

A price list for waste removal usually means a low headline figure and extras on the day — for stairs, for weight, for the mattress, for the fridge. We’d rather look at what you actually have and give you one number that covers it.
What your price includes
- Labour — the crew does all the lifting and carrying
- Dismantling where something won’t come out whole
- Loading, the truck and transport
- Disposal and gate fees at authorised facilities
- Sorting for reuse and recycling
- Paperwork under our waste collection permit
The five things that decide the price
- Volume. How much of the truck it fills — a single sofa, a car-boot load, half a truck, a full truck. This is why photos matter so much.
- Access. Stairs, lifts, long carries to the road, parking and loading restrictions. A ground-floor garage is quicker than a fourth-floor apartment with no lift.
- Weight. Tiles, rubble, books and tools cost more to dispose of than a wardrobe of the same size.
- What’s in it. Some items carry their own disposal charges — mattresses, fridges and freezers. Good furniture that can be reused lowers the cost, and we pass that on.
- Timing. A fixed date at short notice costs more than “any day this week”.
How to get an accurate fixed price
Send a few photos on WhatsApp or through the quote form: one per room or per pile, plus the route out — stairs, the lift, the side passage, where we can park. Mention anything you want kept, and anything unusual: a piano we can’t move, paint, a fridge left full.
For larger or more complex jobs we may arrange to see the property first.
Ways to bring the price down
- Take out anything you want to keep before the photos
- Tell us what’s in good condition — reusable furniture costs less to dispose of
- Be flexible on the day
- Do it in one visit rather than several small ones
Fixed means fixed
The price we quote is the price you pay for what was in the photos. If the job on the day is materially different — more items, different access, or things we can’t take — we talk to you before we carry on.
Compared with a skip
A skip on the road usually needs a permit from the council, you do all the loading yourself, and many skip companies charge extra for — or won’t take — mattresses, fridges and electricals. With us, the crew loads it, nothing sits outside your house, and the price includes the awkward items.

Waste removal: common questions
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because the price depends on volume, access, weight, the items involved and timing, and a list can’t account for those. A fixed quote from photos can.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes, for what was in the photos. If there’s materially more on the day, or the access is different, we talk to you before going ahead.
How quickly will I get a price?
Usually within the hour if you send photos between 8am and 8pm.
Can you price without photos?
For bigger jobs we can arrange to see the property first. For most jobs, photos are quicker and just as accurate.
What’s included in the price?
The labour, any dismantling, loading, transport, disposal fees at authorised facilities, and the sorting for reuse and recycling.
Is it cheaper than a skip?
Often, for anything up to a full truck — especially once you count the skip permit, doing the loading yourself, and the extra charges for mattresses and fridges. Send photos and compare.
